Adam Robbins CrossPoint bass, Adam Robbins, hails from Cushman, Arkansas, where he lives with his wife Connie and daughter Callie Jo. Adam brings experience and dimension to the group, as he began singing at the age of fifteen. He and Connie both ministered with the Heritage Quartet for a time before the couple founded Sacred Harmony. From there Adam joined the CrossPoint family and has proved to be the perfect fit! His deep, rich bass voice offsets Brian’s high notes and blends perfectly with the sibling harmony created by Damon and Kevin. “I count it a pleasure to sing with these guys. God has richly anointed each one of our voices. It’s hard to believe He could take four men from totally different walks of life and bring them together to sing praises to His name. We are more than just a quartet. We are family, a band of brothers. I love and cherish the time we spend together on the road each weekend. The laughs, the tears and sleepless trips are worth every mile.” Adam combines classic, hard-hitting bass tones with the smooth melodies of today’s music. He is able to provide a strong foundation for the group’s vocals and then step forward to deliver a beautiful solo. In addition to his superb vocal ability, Adam’s dry wit and sense of humor are crucial to CrossPoint’s ministry, both onstage and off. Although he admires legendary bass singers such as George Younce and Tim Riley, Adam’s true inspiration came from his grandfather, Arvil Satterwhite, who was a phenomenal bass singer in his own right. While led by the Lord and inspired by greats such as these, does Adam Robbins deliver what the bass-lover is looking for? “You bet!” Previous <- Damon Cleghorn
